Description The MAX4647/MAX4648 are dual-supply single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. On-resistance is 25Ω max and flat (2Ω max) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. Off-leakage current is only 1nA max at +25°C. They conduct analog or digital signals equally well in either direction.
