a PWM mode operation with up to 1.5MHz adjustable switching frequency. The EML3191 also provides a highly efficient solution with current mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation. The EML3191 automatically enters PSM mode at light load.
Cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown are provided for fault condition protections. An internal 2ms soft-start design reduces input start-up current and prevents the output voltage and inductor current from overshooting during power-up.
