MIC803
manufacturer
Micrel Semiconductor
3-Pin Microprocessor Supervisor Circuit
The MIC803 is a single-voltage supervisor with open-drain reset output that provides accurate power supply monitoring and reset generation in microprocessor-based systems. The function of the device is to assert a reset signal if the power supply voltage drops below the reset threshold voltage, and retain this reset for the reset timeout period once the power supply increases above the reset threshold voltage. The MIC803 consumes only 4.5µA of supply current and offers three reset delay periods of 20ms, 140ms, and 1120ms (minimum). It features factory-programmed reset threshold levels from 2.63V to 4.63V to accommodate 3.0V, 3.3V, and 5.0V power supplies. It is available in the compact 3-pin...

Micrel Semiconductor
High-Voltage Display Driver
The MIC8030 is a CMOS high voltage liquid crystal display driver. Up to 38 segments can be driven from four CMOS level inputs (CLOCK, DATA IN, LOAD and CHIP SELECT). The MIC8030 is rated at 50V. Data is loaded serially into a shift register, and transferred to latches which hold the data until new data is received. The backplane can be driven from external source, or the internal oscillator can be used. If the internal oscillator is used, the frequency of the backplane will be determined by an external resistor and capacitor. The oscillator need not be used if a DC output is desired. Features • High Voltage Outputs capable of a driving up to 100 volt outputs from 5 to 15 volt logic • Drives...

Microprocessor Reset Circuits
The MIC809 and MIC810 are inexpensive microprocessor supervisory circuits that monitor power supplies in microprocessor-based systems. The function of these devices is to assert a reset if the power supply drops below a designated reset threshold level. Several different reset threshold levels are available to accommodate 3V, 3.3V or 5V powered systems. The MIC809 has an active-low /RESET output, while the MIC810 offers an active-high RESET output. The reset output is guaranteed to remain asserted for a minimum of 140ms after VCC has risen above the designated reset threshold level. Having a push-pull output stage, the MIC809/810 does not require a pull-up resistor at the output. The MIC809/...
MIC809-5
manufacturer
Micrel Semiconductor
Microprocessor Reset Circuit
The MIC809-5 is a power supply supervisor that provides under-voltage monitoring and power-on reset generation in an industry standard 3-pin SOT package and SC-70 package. The reset output is asserted at power-on and any time the input voltage drops below the programmed threshold. It remains asserted for 30ms (min.) after the input subsequently rises back above the threshold boundary. The MIC809-5 has an active-low reset output. The MIC809-5 is inherently immune to brief power supply transients. Typical supply current is a low 5µA. For those applications that require a manual reset function, see the MIC811/812. For those applications that require a longer reset timeout, see the MIC809/810. (...

Microprocessor Reset Circuits
The MIC811 and MIC812 are inexpensive microprocessor supervisory circuits that monitor power supplies in microprocessor based systems. The function of this device is to assert a reset if either the power supply drops below a designated reset threshold level or /MR is forced low. Several different reset threshold levels are available to accommodate 3V, 3.3V or 5V powered systems. The MIC811 has an active low /RESET output, while the MIC812 offers an active high RESET output. The reset output is guaranteed to remain asserted for a minimum of 140ms after VCC has risen above the designed reset threshold level. Having a push-pull output stage, the MIC811/812 does not require a pull-up resistor at...

The function of this device is to assert a reset if the power supply drops below a designated reset threshold level or /MR is forced low. The MIC8114 has an active low /RESET output. The reset output is guaranteed to remain asserted for a minimum of 790ms after VCC has risen above the designated reset threshold level. The MIC1814 comes in a 4-pin SOT-143 package. Features • Precision voltage monitor for 3.3V power supplies • Specifically tailored to the AMD Elan SC400/410 • /RESET remains valid with VCC as low as 1V • 5µA typical supply current • 790ms minimum rese...
